The Ministry of Information Society and Administration (MISA) announced an open call for civil society organizations to participate in thematic working groups for development of the new Strategy on Public Administration Reform (2023-2030). 

For that purpose, nominations for working group members need to correspond to four objectives under the Strategy on Public Administration Reform, i.e. civil society representatives should be nominated for following topics:

  • policy development and coordination;
  • public service and human resource management;
  • responsibility, accountability and transparency;
  • delivery of services and ICT support for the administration.

In addition, civil society organizations are allowed to nominate a representative for the special part under PAR Strategy related to the strategic framework on public administration reform.

CSOs that wish to nominate their representatives in working groups need to meet the following criteria:

  • to have been established/formed and active for at least three years;
  • to have implemented/are implementing at least two projects in the field of public administration reform.

Nominations for members of thematic working groups can be submitted by April 22, 2022, at 16.00 the latest, to the e-mail: srja@mioa.gov.mk, and should include the following information:

  • name and surname;
  • job title and position and name of the institution;
  • contact telephone and e-mail address of the nominee/s;
  • copy of the decision for registration of the civil society organization issued by the Central Register of RNM;
  • portfolio of the organization.
