COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATION секторски работни групи / COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATION

This sector working group holds competences in policy areas related to:

  • competitive business environment;
  • competitiveness of the private sector;
  • local and regional competitiveness.

The sector working group is formed in 2017.

Lead institutions:

  • Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Coordination with Economy Sectors
  • Secretariat for European Affairs

In addition to state actors and donor representatives, civil society organizations also participate in work of this sector group since 2019.

SWG Competitiveness and Innovation is one of the two working groups in the sector competitiveness, innovation, agriculture and rural development (link to more information).
