On 21 and 22 September 2021, the project “CSO Dialogue – Platform for Structural Dialogue in EU Integrations” is organizing a training event for civil society organizations, anticipated to increase their knowledge and skills required for involvement in EU integration processes.

Training objectives:

1. To increase availability of information and support for participation in policy-development related to the EU accession process;

2. To create preconditions for quality involvement of a broader spectrum of civil society organizations in institutional consultation mechanisms;

3. To increase the civil society impact in the country’s EU accession by participation in sector reforms and accession negotiations.

This training is intended for:

  • Civil society representatives and potential representatives in need of specific skills and information that would allow them to specifically use their participation in consultation mechanisms, and
  • Small and grass-root organizations that need encouragement to join policy reforms and consultations with national institutions and the European Commission.

The training is envisaged as in-person event in duration of 2 days, pursuant to the Government’ protocol for organization of work meetings, courses and seminars (link). Depending on the epidemiologic situation, and when current conditions do not allow training to be delivered in person on the indicated days, the same will be organized via online platform.

A total of 15 representatives from civil society organizations in the country will be selected for participation in this training. The training is planned to take place in Skopje, while participants from other towns will be reimbursed for travelling and accommodation costs.

All persons interested to participate in this training need to complete the APPLICATION FORM by 15 September 2021, the latest.
