At the meeting held on 29 July 2020, the Council for Coordination and Monitoring of the Open Government Partnership and the National Action Plan 2018-2020 determined the procedure for organization of public consultations for definition of new priority areas and commitments under the Open Government Partnership, with a view to ensure timely, unhindered, inclusive and transparent process for co-creation of the Open Government Partnership Action Plan 2021-2023.

The open call should facilitate public consultations and stakeholder applications for participation in consultations for development of the Open Government Partnership Action Plan 2021-2023 and involvement in work meetings for one or more priority areas under the current OGP Action Plan 2018-2020 (access to information, integrity and good governance, fiscal transparency, open data, local government transparency, access to justice and climate change), during the process for co-creation of the Open Government Partnership Action Plan 2021 – 2023.

As part of this consultation and co-creation process, applicants will be able to contribute in identification and priority-setting among key problems in above-enlisted priority areas and to propose solutions to address them.

Applicants can make contributions by participation in working groups for consultations, in previously defined manner and work dynamics.
