As part of the project “CSO Dialogue – Platform for Structural Participation in EU Integrations”, we disseminate information on topics, areas and issues that are of importance for citizens and the civil society to impact key sector reforms under the EU accession process.
Hence, this document shares key information collected by the survey questionnaire for civil society representatives. In particular, the questionnaire was conducted in the period January-March 2020 and aimed to collect data on civil society experiences in respect to participation and contributions in policy consultations and sector working groups. The survey questionnaire was shared with 2.097 civil society organizations and was completed by 105 civil society representatives.
The sector working groups are interdisciplinary and interdepartmental bodies tasked to provide advice and secure the necessary consensus among all major actors in a given sector under IPA II, and they also serve as mechanism for broader coordination and dialogue on national strategies.
