The Ministry of Information Society and Administration published on ENER (Single National Register of Regulations) drafts of several documents, i.e. Standards for Service Provision, Development of Methodology for Involvement of End-Users in Improving Services, and Guidelines for Optimization of Services. These documents are developed in compliance with the Action Plan for the Strategy on Public Administration Reform 2018-2020.
Draft documents uploaded on ENER are available on this link: https://ener.gov.mk/Default.aspx?item=newspublic, while citizens’ associations and all interested parties can submit comments and proposals to improve their contents by 24 February 2020.
The Ministry of Information Society and Administration also announced it will organize a workshop to finalize these documents, whose venue and date will be additionally published.
