The Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance is intended to support structural reforms and harmonization with standards of the European Union. In the Republic of North Macedonia, IPA is implemented by the European Commission pursuant to the financial regulation which allows direct management by relevant departments within the European Commission, EU Delegation or executive agencies, and indirect management through designated budget programmes or actions which the European Commission assigns to the Republic of North Macedonia. More information on bodies within the IPA Structure and other relevant issues are featured in the video produced within the project “CSO Dialogue – Platform for Structural Participation in EU Integrations”. The video is intended to improve knowledge among civil society organizations about the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA).
