EU TACSO 3 project is seeking a research team/entity to support its annual monitoring of the “EU Guidelines for Support to Civil Society in Enlargement Countries, 2014-2020”. The annual monitoring covers two phases, i.e. data collection and drafting reports, and concerns the calendar year 2020.

The research team is expected to implement the phase related to field-based data collection (survey, focus groups and interviews) and to draft a summary and analytical report based on data collected. The final report will be subject of in-country consultations and validation that will be implemented by the EU TACSO 3 project team, while the research team is expected to participate in this endeavour. Expected start of data collection is January 2021, and the summary document should be submitted by end of March/start of April 2021. The research team/entity should guarantee that there will be no duplication or overlap with any existing or similar task.

Interested research teams, i.e. entities, should submit a technical and financial proposal in compliance with specific elements defined in the open call given below. Work biographies of experts/researchers (in EU format) that will perform this work should be submitted together with the proposal.
